Bargain in not such a bargain

Spotted this dress in the sales and thought at the price, it was a bargain, but alas... not so much. It is a lovely dress but is tighter on the chest than LTS dresses normally is and there was a small tear in the skirt. I was about to send it back for a bigger size but spotted there were none left so out with the needle and thread. It is a lovely dress and I will be keeping it, it s just a shame that the normal high quality was let down in this instance.

Glad i took the plunge

I almost didn t order this dress when i read the review,as stated the dress is lovely!I am the auntie age 42.The length was ok for me at 6ft tall ,on the knee yes would have been adequate too,the neck line was great, i find LTSally does alot of cowl / lo neck lines.Its a keeper for me especialy with 20 off

Beautiful

I wore this dress to work with the lemon cardi and I got compliments all day. The dress fits perfectly and it s extremely flattering. Great material too.

Near-miss

This is *such* a beautiful dress. However, it made me feel like a girl dressing up in her aunt s clothes. What the heck is this obsession with such dowdy hemlines on frivolous dresses, LTS? It would be much better if it were on the knee, rather than cutting off the leg at such an unflattering part. (I m 6 1 with 36 legs so it s not as though I m short, either). And it would also be nice if the neckline was lower. I m not talking a big reveal, but LTS seems to have a problem with letting its customers show off any skin at all, in any frock. Looks like I will be wearing my staple dresses from 2005 s much-missed Tall Zone collection for yet another summer.
