Click and Collect

You can now have your order delivered to one of our U.S. stores for FREE, ready for collection in 4-10 days. To take advantage of this option, enter the checkout process as normal (don't worry about any shipping charge that show on the basket page), select a store from the store drop-down instead of entering a shipping address, and the shipping charge to be adjusted to zero. When collecting your order, please ensure you have your order confirmation email or other proof of ID. We are happy for someone else to collect your order but they must have the confirmation email.

If you have not collected your order within 10 days, the order will be cancelled and your item will be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in the condition supplied with your order summary or receipt, within 30 working days of receipt. If you wish to purchase a replacement item please include details with your return. There is no shipping charge for replacement items.

Full instructions on how to return will be included with your package.
There are three ways to make a return:

1. In store – simply visit one of stores for a quick and easy refund

2. By mail – details will be included in your package.

3. By Pre-printed Return label– For your convenience we have enclosed a return label that you can attached to the outside of your return parcel to drop into the United States Postal Service system; at work, at home or at a post office. $8.00 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use this label.

We endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days. You will be emailed when the refund has been completed.

Sale Returns Policy
We operate a policy of exchange only within 7 Days on sale items purchased in store. Sale items purchased online may be returned in the condition supplied, with the tags attached and your order summary or receipt, within 30 working days of parcel delivery.

Swimwear Returns Policy
All swimwear must have the hypo-allergenic liner intact and all tags attached in order for your return to be processed.


Holiday returns policy
Over Holiday we extend our returns policy as we know many items are being given as gifts and customers may start their shopping early and want more time to exchange or refund if gifts are unsuitable.

For 2014, The extended refund period starts on the 1 November 2014 and runs through to the 7 January 2015. Our other refund terms and conditions still apply.
