Returning/Exchanging an item
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in the condition supplied, with the tags attached and your order summary or receipt, within 30 working days of parcel delivery.
Please return to your nearest store or send using the courier of your choice to the returns address below obtaining a tracking number and we will exchange or refund the item. Please be aware, returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach us so always retain proof of postage.
Long Tall Sally will not be responsible for any returned parcels which are lost.

Swimwear Returns Policy
All swimwear must have the hypo-allergenic liner intact and all tags attached in order for your return to be processed.
