What is a Pop Up Shop?
A Pop Up Shop means different things to different retailers. To us it means a fully stocked and staffed store that we create in a large hotel meeting room, and is open to the public over the weekend. Customers will get the chance to touch, try on and purchase items from our current range. Everything can be purchased and taken away on the day, and we have fitting rooms to try items for size. It's just like a shop but temporary!

How many days is a POP UP Shop and are there changing rooms?
It can vary but usually 2 days over a weekend and yes we do have changing facilities at our Pop Up events.

Will you be having a Pop Up Shop in my area and where can I find the details?
Check out our stores page to view a full list of all planned Pop Up Shops.

Will you be selling your complete range and any branded items at your Pop Up Shops?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee all styles will be available, we do however aim to bring a wide selection of products across all categories. We won’t be able to stock branded items in Europe at present. Although the US and Canada will have branded denim, suiting and Activewear. We also won’t be selling any sale or clearance stock.

Will you stock all sizes?
Wherever possible we aim to bring a full size range, stock levels permitting. Pop Up Shops get very busy so sizes sell out quickly.

Can I order something from your Pop Up Shop to arrive by post if it is not in stock?
Yes, it will be posted out to you with Free Shipping.

How can I pay?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.We will no longer be accepting cheques as payment in Canada or the US.

Can I get a discount with my Tall person’s club card?
Yes, you can get a Tall Club discount at our Pop Up Shops. Please bring your membership card with you to claim your discount.

Can I use gift cards to make purchases at Pop Up Shops?
We accept gift cards that have been purchased in one of our Long Tall Sally retail locations. We do not accept gift vouchers which have been purchased online.

What happens if an item I buy doesn't fit, can I return or exchange items?
US-You can return any unwanted items to our Atlanta Warehouse. Info will be provided to you at time of purchase.
Canada- You can return to our Canadian warehouse. Info will be provided to you at time of purchase.

Can I return and exchange items in store or online that I have purchased at a POP UP Shop?
Yes, we can take the parcel for you and return it to our returns centre where a refund will be processed. Please note that refunds and/or exchanges cannot be processed at the Pop Up event. Online purchases which you wish to return must be sent to our Atlanta warehouse.

How can I get on the Pop Up Team?
