Richmond washed denim jeans Fit: true to sizeQuality: Value:
I have bought richmond jeans before and been very happy with them. the two washed denim ones i have just bought are very disappointing. the fabric is not as it appeared to be in the catalogue. it is distressed with a greysih 'stripey' appearance rather than just washed denim. there are several abrasions plus wear on the edge of the front pockets and hems.

These are the jeans Quality: Value:
These are the first jeans made for women that i have found to fit me in years. if these were 100% cotton i would give 5 stars. the rise comes to the bottom of my belly button; not 3 cm below but i expected and i prefer it. i have a short front rise that being unexpected gives me extra waist space i need since my figure has become straight with age. i wish they came in the same prints and colors as the camden because i am done with low rise jeans but not the fun qualities that go with them

My favorite jeans Fit: true to sizeQuality: Value:
I wore these jeans all summer and loved them. of course, with white, you have to be careful, but it's worth the effort. i stained them once, and got the stain out with my usual arsenal of stain-rmovers. i always feel well-dressed in these white jeans. i also have the purple version and now the weather is cooler, they're my number one jean. i was sorry to see the negative reviews of these wonderful jeans.

these jeans fit perfectly initially, but after a couple of hours wear, become baggy and totally unflattering.

I ordered these after having to send Capril trousers back as too baggy around hips. These fit great, similar to the Camden Jeans that I love.

Very disappointing fit. Baggy on the legs. I tried taking them in. I am a tall slim size 12. Obviously LTS customers are bigger than me. Nothing sexy or glamorous about the fit.

I havebeen wearing2 LTS jeans in black and dark blue that i love and bought perhaps3 years ago. I can t find a name for them inside the jean and would like to buy whichever style Camden or Richmond is most similar to those. They had two metal buttons and a zip and are 5 pocket. I am five ten with long but slightly chunky legs and the ones I bought have been so flattering. I am going to risk the Richmond style - although sadly not available in black. Which style do you thinkwould be m ost similar?

Not as Nice as Last Years
I bought a pair of these in dark denim last spring and love them. I bought another pair this spring and they are not as nice. They just don t have the same fit or character without contrast stitching and in the thinner fabric. I am a size 10, and although they did fit they made me look fat.

My new favourite jeans
I virtually live in these jeans!! I have quite chunky thighs, and a bit of a belly, so I never thought I d be able to get away with a skinny or even straight leg trouser. But these jeans flatten the look of my tummy, and the fact that they re straight leg means my thighs don t look huge. I ve worn mine with heels and they look amazing, and turned them under at the hem to wear with pumps. Love them so much I m on here now to buy a second pair! Long live LTS :)

Cheap fabric stains very easily
Like the other reviewer said, these are NOT jeans . They are pants that are cut like jeans. The fit and style are fine, but realize this fabric is a pant fabric and will wrinkle and stain very easily. They do not seem like they will wear well over time either, which is a disappointment.
If you keep it in your mind that they are pants and not jeans you may like them.
Note on sizing: from my experience all LTS clothing seems to be at least a full size off, so if you are debating on size, i recommend going DOWN a size.

These were absolutely the worst jeans I ever tried. The picture shows stitching on the pocket but these had no stitching. The pockets were plain and the material was not like jean material either. I ordered an 8 because of the sizing on the web site but they were really big all over. So disappointed in these jeans.

Richmond Straight Cut Jeans
Fantastic jeans! The only thing is that the fabric has not enough elastane or too much cotton :)- jeans are loosing tight fit in two hours... Ok, I m going to wash them now to get them form back!

Re: Mrs Louise Romans
Dear Mrs Romans
It sounds like you have a shorter body length and slimmer legs than our fitting model. Have you tried Camden? The rise is a couple of cm s shorter than Richmond and the leg fit is slimmer. I think they may be the jeans for you!

I am still searching for a flattering jean, Long Tall Sally jeans never quite get it right. These are higher at the waist than I was expecting for a regular rise and are quite mumsy for it. Baggy on the thigh and bunch up at the knees. Nice colour though.
