Solid construction, runs small
These are very solid boots, with just enough heel to look feminine. They are comfortable, and although the lower portion of the boot is stiff, the upper conforms well to the foot after breaking in. That being said, I typically wear a 13 or 13W and had to return the first pair I ordered for a 14. The width would have been adequate with thin socks on the 13, but they were too short. Size 14 was not that big of a jump up, I would say the difference between a 13 and a 14 is more like a half size. Also, the boot opening does not seem as large at it appears on the model in the video. On size 14, the opening is 16 1/2 inches, (at the shins), which for me, is perfect for tucking in jeans or leggings."

Too wide, not what I expected
If I had purchased these boots at full price and hadn't gotten the Black Friday discount, I would probably qualify as disappointed. The brown is much lighter than it came off on my monitor, and while I was hopeful because they still looked good coming out of the box, the calf walls are much flimsier than I had anticipated; from the pix they looked more rigid than that. I am 6'5/ 165lb. I have a skinny calf and they are too wide over tights; you can see they aren't tight in the video but I wanted to give it a shot because I liked the idea of them having a heel and all of my boots are flats. Proportionately to my leg length, it's not a flattering look for me. Over jeans they don't seem as wide, however the shape overall doesn't line up with the cut of my own gastrocnemius, so it makes me feel like an amateur trying to pull off a look that isn't quite cutting it. If I was shorter, maybe they would more sense, but with a size 13 foot and a twig for a leg, no dice."
runs very small
It is a very pretty sturdy boot, I loved it and my heart is broken that a size 15 is too small :(

I love them!!
I love the feel of the leather ! I think they are best with jeans or casual pants tucked in, they're soooo cute !!

Hard insole, but nice boots
I wear these boots just going out. They are really nice and fit true to size. The only problem I have is that the inside of the boot feels like a brick. However I put a new insert in and they were find.

Great everyday boots
Bought these for someone else, but: she wears them every day and prefers them to her other shoes. Enough of a heel to go well with skirts, but not so high-heeled or tailored as to be uncomfortable. Great customer service from B.T., too.

James Brown Clunky Heel
These shoes are cute, but the heel is huge and clunky and straight James Brown 1970's I Feel Good Funky, but cute. I ordered a size larger because of past experience with boots and these are true to size, if not cut a little short for the size they are supposed to be. I would not recommend these for walking around; these are for going to dance for the night or just for a few hours hanging with the girls and then kicking them off!
Love the look!!
This boot looks great with any pair of jeans and color jeans. would recommend wearing them with skinny jeans so they can stand out. Lots of compliments.

Solid boot for everyday casual
Great everyday casual boots. Solid enough sole to go all day across mixed surfaces and cool enough to transition to dinner or the cafe. One con for me, the cut this year seems to round too quickly around my big toe even though there is plenty of room otherwise in the boots.
